its refreshing, calming, vapors for a relaxing aroma. Pillow can be placed in the microwave for a deeper relaxation. Do NOT overheat For Migraines, store pillow in freezer in an air tight zip bag & remove just before using Keep in plastic bag while not in use to retain the scent longer (do not microwave in bag).
